It is written in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PAGCOR's data governance requirements, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended).
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal information processed by aaaji ("aaaji," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of the aaaji online gaming platform at aaaji.vip, including account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, customer support interactions, promotional communications, and any other service offered through or in connection with the Platform.
aaaji takes its data protection obligations seriously. As a platform operating in the Philippines and serving Filipino players from Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and across the archipelago, aaaji is committed to handling personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173, "DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations ("IRR"), the National Privacy Commission's ("NPC") circulars and advisories, and applicable PAGCOR data governance requirements.
By registering for an account or using the aaaji Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information as described herein. Where your consent is specifically required under the DPA, we will request that consent separately and record it.
For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, aaaji is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of all personal data processed in connection with the Platform. As a PIC, aaaji determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with the DPA and all applicable data protection laws.
aaaji has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing data protection compliance, handling data subject requests, and acting as the primary point of contact with the National Privacy Commission. Where aaaji relies on your consent as the legal basis for processing — most notably for promotional communications and optional data collection — you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. To withdraw consent for marketing communications, update your notification preferences in Account Settings or contact [email protected].
Processing that is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and aaaji — including account registration, game provision, payment processing, and customer support — is carried out on the basis of contractual necessity. Without this processing, aaaji cannot provide the Platform services to you.
aaaji is subject to mandatory legal obligations under PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended by RA 10365 and RA 11521), the Data Privacy Act itself, and other applicable Philippine law. Processing necessary to comply with these obligations does not require your consent and cannot be blocked by an objection.
Where processing is necessary for the purposes of aaaji's legitimate interests — including fraud detection, platform security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics — and these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms, aaaji may process your data on this basis. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest; see Section 12 for details on how to exercise this right.

Our Privacy Commitments
Privacy at aaaji isn't a compliance exercise. These are the practical commitments we make to every Filipino player on the platform.
Every data processing activity at aaaji operates within the framework of Republic Act 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Our practices are aligned with NPC guidance, giving Filipino players the full weight of their statutory data rights.
Your data in transit is protected by 256-bit TLS encryption. Your password is stored as a bcrypt hash — the actual password is never stored and cannot be read by anyone, including aaaji staff. Your account credentials are yours alone.
aaaji does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their commercial purposes. This is an absolute commitment — not conditional on platform revenue or business circumstances. Your data serves your account, not someone else's business model.
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction, damages, and the right to complain to the NPC — all eight of your DPA rights are honored at aaaji. Submit a request and receive a substantive response within 30 days.
aaaji's mandatory ID verification at registration exists to prevent access by anyone under 21. It also protects the personal data framework — aaaji does not knowingly collect or process data of minors, and takes immediate action when such a situation is identified.
aaaji has a designated DPO overseeing all data protection matters. The DPO is your direct point of contact for privacy concerns, rights requests, and escalations — and is the bridge between aaaji and the National Privacy Commission.
Your data is handled with care, your rights are enforceable, and your gameplay is on a platform built for the Philippines. 21+ only.
